variety.comK.J. Yossman Film director Benoit Jacquot is set to face trial after French prosecutors requested rape charges, according to reports in France.
Doillon was taken into custody in Paris alongside fellow French filmmaker Jacques Doillon earlier this week following allegations they both sexually assaulted actor Judith Godrèche as a child.
Godrèche alleges that Jacquot raped her in 1986, when she was 14, while Doillon sexually assaulted her on set. Both men have denied the claims.
According to French newspaper Le Monde, prosecutors have requested charges against Jacquot relating to the rape of two other actors.
