If you're an ice cream lover then you'll no doubt have heard of Frederick's. The family-fun run business makes luxury Italian ice cream that attracts customers from far and wide.
While long queues regularly form outside its cafe on the A6 in Chorley, it's sold at other places too - like at The Pavilion in Mesnes Park, Wigan.
It was there that we travelled to sample its newest creation, made especially for the Queen's Jubilee. Its launch has already caused somewhat of a stir on social media, with customers all saying the same thing - that it looks like Aquafresh toothpaste. Not when it's competing against classics such as mint choc chip and the ever-popular salted caramel. But in the name of research I gave it a go and I was so glad I did.
