Freddie Prinze Jr is opening up about his time with the WWE, where he was once considered to be the head writer of SmackDown.
Turns out that he 44-year-old actor worked with the pro wrestling organization from 2008 to 2009, as part of the creative staff, and then returned in 2010-2012 and was a producer and director for the programs.
Talking in a new interview with Chris Van Vliet, Freddie detailed his career at WWE and his thoughts about the future of pro wrestling as well. “I was on the jet with Vince [McMahon] for every episode.
I made every live show; I just didn’t go overseas. That was it and it would drive him nuts, but I was there all the time,” he shared. “I saw people’s careers get made and destroyed on a whim.
