Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff's facial injuries have been seen following his Top Gear horror car crash in December 2022 that left him with considerable scars on his face.The 46 year old former England cricketer appeared to be in great spirits as he coached the country team on Saturday, 25 May, as they played against Pakistan.

He flashed a smile as he juggled a number of sports bags and a large green ball and walked across the pitch. Dressing for comfort, he donned a sports hooded top and matching shorts, whilst on his feet he donned a pair of sparkling white trainers.

Freddie's facial scars could clearly be seen as he continues to recover from the Top Gear car accident that almost cost him his life a year and a half ago.The crash happened while he was filming Top Gear at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome back in December 2022.

As a result of the crash, which saw an open-top three-wheel Morgan Super 3 car flip over, Freddie suffered severe facial injuries and took a step back from the spotlight as he recovered.The England cricket coach has gradually returned to work and on Monday, 20 May, he attended a nets session at Headingley, Leeds ahead of the first T20 International.The sports star reportedly made a deal with the BBC to get a payout of around £9 million because he couldn't work for two years after the crash, which also left him with "life-altering significant" injuries.
