Emilio claimed that Francesco “repeatedly physically threatened to harm or kill” him and their father in the court docs.Emilio also alleged that Francesco is “addicted to opiates,” and was relying on Valli’s help financially.

However, according to Emilio, their dad will only continue to help Francesco money-wise if he enters a residential drug treatment program.Last month, the singer’s rep told The Post: “Frankie is saddened by these unfortunate events and appreciates that his privacy will be respected as he works out these family issues.”Furthermore, a source close to the family told The Post that the drama with Francesco has been “heartbreaking” for the famous performer.
