Frankie Essex: 'My twins are such a handful - but I have some great ways to tire them out'

In her exclusive column for OK! , Frankie has discussed a range of topics related to motherhood – from her first social outing with the twins and a blackout at her home when they were just a few days old, to “feeling more human again” as the babies dropped their dreaded 2am feed.
This week, Frankie tells us how the twins have become a "handful" now that they're both walking, how she's had to spend extra money on renting a second travel cot for an upcoming holiday, and how she's instilling confidence in her children through dance.
The twins are such a handful now Luella is really walking now so we went to the park and just let them run wild. I've definitely had to be a lot more hands-on now that they're both walking, although it has been easier to tire them out now.
