Frankie Bridge shows off washboard abs during 'sweaty' workout

The Loose Women panellist, who has been in the public eye since she was a kid, following her success in S Club 7 spin-off group, S Club Juniors, is a keen fitness fanatic, and often posts workout snaps and footage to her social media.
Her most recent story addition showed the 34-year-old dressed in a grey sports bra, black gym leggings and black trainers. Frankie went bare faced for the snap, and scraped her balayage bob back into a messy bun so as not to get in her face during the workout. “Sweaty and messy but done,” she captioned the post as she gave the camera a peace and pout sign - a pose that the TV star seems to give every time she takes a gym selfie following an exercise session.
As well as Frankie’s fresh faced look, which highlighted her stunning complexion, fans could also clearly see her washboard abs on full display.
