France terror attacker screams 'Allahu Akbar' as several police officers stabbed

A knife maniac killed a man and injured at least four police officers during a savage terror attack in a packed market today.

The tragedy took place in France.The 37-year-old shouted 'Allahu Akbar' – Arabic for 'God is the Greatest' – while carrying out the murderous rampage in the city of Mulhouse, around 300 miles south east of Paris.It's understood the Algerian Islamist terrorist was due to be deported from France.

Soon afterwards, President Emmanuel Macron spoke about what had happened.The Mirror reports the political leader said: "There is no doubt that this was an Islamist terrorist attack".
