The 49-year-old has not been charged but allegedly crashed her 2012 Mercedes into the back of a 2013 Kia Sorento, with both Sytch and a 75-year-old man taken to hospital for their injuries.The man, identified as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter, ultimately died, police report.Reports claim that Sytch had been "driving at a high rate of speed" before the collision, and police believe the former WWE star was drunk at the time of the crash, with blood samples taken from Sytch but results yet to be released.A statement from police read: "The Ormond Beach Police Department Traffic Unit is actively investigating the crash.
