Former Bournemouth goalkeeper joins Motherwell

Motherwell have made a deadline day swoop to boost their goalkeeping department with Calum Ward joining on a deal until the end of the season.The 24-year-old came through at Bournemouth and has spent the last few years playing Finalnd for HIFK and AC Oulu.Ward will provide competition for fellow shot-stoppers Ellery Balcombe, Archie Mair and first-choice goalie Aston Oxborough, who is currently out injured.Ward told the club website: "It’s great to get this over the line.
