Former Bolton council leader David Greenhalgh to receive civic funeral after tragic death

The event will take place on Friday, August 20, with a procession set to leave Relph’s Funeralcare on Blackburn Road at 9.30am.

Coun Greenhalgh made history in 2019 when he became the first Conservative councillor to lead Bolton for more than four decades.
