Michael Allio, a fan favorite contestant from Katie Thurston’s season of The Bachelorette in 2021, revealed he was offered the job of The Bachelor before the job went to Clayton Echard.

The 39-year-old actually eliminated himself during the competition as he has a young son and is a single father. His late wife Laura passed from cancer in 2016.

During an episode of the “She’s All Bach” podcast that he was offered the role but turned it down despite them being accommodating for his son, James. Keep reading to find out more… “I don’t think I can be a good Bachelor.
