The order covers the area surrounding the popular National Trust spot, the Liverpool Echo reports - and gives police the power to order people away from the area, and arrest them if they return.
It comes after two 20-year-old men and a 16-year-old boy were stabbed in an 'unprovoked attack' on Sunday (May 30) at around 7.10pm.
Police confirmed that a 20-year-old man was in a critical but stable condition after the horror attack. In a further update, a police spokesperson said the man is now in a stable condition in hospital.
