Sarah Barrand, who starred in Footballers' Wives as Shannon Donnelly-Lawson, looks unrecognisable 18 years after the show ended.The actress was a part of the ITV drama and its spin-off Extra Time until they finished in 2006.

Her character, Shannon, left her husband Harley Lawson (played by Jamie Davis) for Callum Watson (Craig Gallivan). It was often suggested that her character was based on Coleen Rooney, but this was never confirmed or denied by the show's bosses.

After leaving Footballers' Wives, Sarah has appeared in several TV shows including Casualty and has done voiceover work for TV, radio and video games.

Since her time on the hit show, Sarah has been keeping her 5,000 Instagram friends in the loop with what she's up to these days.
