A teenage horse rider came 'millimetres' from death when she collided with a lorry which hurtled past her and 'spooked' the animal.
Shocking footage captured the shocking incident which left a terrified 15-year-old girl injured and now having flashbacks. Police are now investigating the crash, following which the lorry driver, who has been slammed by the girl's mother, failed to stop.
Grace Crofts, 15, was riding her horse Bella with step-sister Ellie Jarosiewicz, 17, when the HGV, said to be traveling at 40mph, came zooming past them. This is said to have scared four-year-old Bella who can be seen to try and turn away from the lorry in a panic. However, she and Grace collided with the side of the vehicle.
