Floral tributes laid to two teenagers killed in a horror e-bike crash have been branded a "safety risk".Marcus Beck, 17, and Gregor Booth, 16, died following the horror four-vehicle smash, which happened on the A941 near Elgin at around 8pm on Monday.
The incident has left loved ones completely devastated and dozens of bouquets, cards and even a pineapple has since been left at the scene.
However, police say they feared these were becoming a hazard as more and more travelled to the area, which is alongside a busy main road.
And on Wednesday, officers asked Moray Council to help move the tributes to a safer spot, across the road near a cycle lane.It comes as officers revealed they are probing a video circulating on social media which appeared to show the e-bike and its riders prior to the incident.
