An air hostess has shared a hanger hack to help people sleep at night in their hotel rooms. While hotels are designed to be comfy, they may not be ideal for some travellers, such as those who like to sleep in complete darkness.And very few people have as much hotel experience as flight attendants, who are often constantly on the move.

One air hostess named Demi Bonita shared a "game-changing" hack to deal with intrusive light - and it won't cost you a penny.She often shares travel tips to her 59,000 followers on TikTok, where she posts under the username @demibonita.

One of her recent clips has shown a few ways to get the most out of a hotel experience, writes the Mirror.Demonstrating the hack first-hand, the TikTok user used a clothing hook to clasp two parts of the curtain to make sure they were fully shut.

She explained: "If you want your room completely dark in the morning without light coming through the curtain... Use a clothing hook."In the video, Demi listed her top tips while travelling.
