A travel journalist and influencer says she was left in tears after a flight attendant handed her a Black Lives Matter note at the end of her journey.
Kellee Edwards was flying first class from Phoenix to Chicago with American Airlines and as they prepared to touch down crew members handed out cards thanking passengers for choosing the airline.
It also included the name of the flight attendant who had been looking after her, John McCullough, who added a P.S. note in the bottom corner of Kellee's card.
The message read: "I see you. You matter. Black Lives Matter," along with three hearts. Kellee, a TV and podcast host, tweeted a picture of the card with the message: "Now THIS is customer service.
