The daughter of two jockeys, Hollie Doyle always had her heart set on a career in the saddle. She learned to ride at an early age and celebrated her first winner as a teenager in 2013.
Doyle, 23, made her mark as an apprentice to Richard Hannon, before her career really took off when joining forces with Archie Watson.
In 2019, she set a new record for winners in a season by a female jockey. Tough and very strong in a finish, Doyle became only the third British woman to reach a century in a year after Hayley Turner and Josephine Gordon.
