Tom Brady was "blown away" after his visit to the Etihad Stadium and promptly asked how Birmingham City can replicate what treble-winners Manchester City have at their disposal.
The former NFL superstar, 46, became a minority investor at Birmingham in August and was invited to visit City's home during a recent trip to the UK.
Brady was given a tour of the club's 53,000-seater stadium, training facilities and academy set-up that are all situated within the same site.
His visit was organised by City's former CEO Garry Cook, now chief executive for the Championship side, who are managed by ex-Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney.
