This is the first picture of a tragic dad-of-three after his body was discovered near a Dundee bin chute. Tributes are pouring in for the man, named locally as Michael Inglis, who was found dead in a Lochee high-rise on Monday.Police have said the death of is not being treated as suspicious.

His body was found in Elders Court on Monday morning, in a section of the flats leading to a rubbish chute. The Celtic fan has left behind three children and a fiancé, who is said to be devastated.
