The victim at the centre of a murder investigation in Rochdale has been named by friends as Liam Richardson. The 21-year-old was tragically found dead at a house on Industry Road in the early hours of Monday morning (October 3).
Police were called to the scene after reports of a 'disturbance'. A 37-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

A spokeswoman added: "The deceased is believed to be a young man named Liam Richardson, but this has not yet been formally confirmed." And, a spokeswoman for Manchester North Coroners' Court said a file had been received for a man it is 'suspected may be Liam Richardson', and that the case was pending formal identification.
