Tributes have been paid to a 'beautiful girl' who died in a tragic car crash on the A9. Samantha Davies, 21, was driving her grey Nissan Micra along the road near Artafallie on the Black Isle at the time of the collision at around 10am on Sunday, February 6.
Mercy crews rushed to the scene, a few miles north-west of Inverness, but Samantha tragically could not be saved. The tragedy happened while Scotland faced adverse weather conditions.Tributes have poured in for popular Samantha, from Inverness, as loved ones described her as the 'most beautiful girl inside and out'.Lynn Paterson, who has known Samantha since she was a little girl, lead the tributes.Lynn said: “Fly high Sam, you stayed the same genuine, lovely, kind hearted girl I first met when you were a little girl and grew up to be even more beautiful inside and out.“Life is too cruel that’s someone so special can be taken so young.“You will always be remembered for the beautiful young woman you were.
