A man who died following a disturbance in Edinburgh has been named locally as Peter Mullen.The 30-year-old died after police were called to Leith Street, near the Omni Centre close to its junction with Greenside Row, at around 7.45pm on Friday.
The dad-of-three was taken by ambulance to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh where he passed away a short time later.Images taken of the scene on Saturday showed crime officers in white forensics overalls inspecting an area in front of the Omni Centre.
Flowers with tributes to Peter as well as Celtic scarfs have now been left by loved ones outside nearby hotel The Glasshouse.
Posting a picture of the tributes at the scene on her Facebook page, Peter's sister Trinity Sizer said: "We love you brother.
