A brand new set of residential apartments are in the midst of being built in the city centre - and they've already sold out in record time.
The 'Spinning Mill’ development has been formed inside one of Manchester's old textile mills and consists of 15 one-bed and 70 two-flats.
Set on the banks of the Rochdale Canal, the Grade II listed building boasts a bold red-brick façade with a towering chimney that has dominated the city's skyline for more than one and a half centuries.
Inside, the luxury flats maintain many of the mill's original quirks with each apartment featuring exposed brickwork, beams and high ceilings.
