Troon railway station are set to reopen on Friday - less than two weeks after a devastating fire. The ticket office on platform one was almost entirely burnt to the ground after the flames took hold on Saturday, July 17.
Emergency crews remained at the scene throughout the night as they battled to dampen down the raging inferno which sent a thick plume of black smoke into the air.
