Ferne McCann got emotional on Wednesday's final episode of ITVBe show First Time Mum as she met with expert Lydia Kimmerling to start her certified life coach course.
During the instalment, Ferne, 32, revealed that the course was a "wonderful focus" and way to "leave the past behind" her, also enabling her to handle anything in the future.Talking to Lydia, Ferne said: "For me, I have had these massive traumas that I feel like have happened to me, have massively shaped who I am.
I want to share that with people, to be able to help them in some way, navigating how." Ferne added: "I am so known for my failed relationships, stuff that's been in the press recently." Talking about the past few months, which involved the leaked voice notes scandal, the star continued: "If you went back a few months ago, everything felt really chaotic?
And you just explained it so beautifully. Okay [now] I have landed, I now need to find myself again and be like: 'Who is Ferne?" Lydia then asked Ferne what she values in life, to which the star got overwhelmed as she admitted: "I've never really had to think about this, sorry.
