Instead, the club's name, shortened to 'Man City', is emblazed in bold text across the chest of the navy blue shirt in sky blue.
The badge is subtly and repeatedly stamped into the fabric all over the front of the shirt, but the badge in its usual colour form is only present on the back of the neck.
