Feeder have shared details of a ‘Comfort In Sound’ reissue, as well as a 2025 UK tour. Find the details below.The reissue of the band’s classic album comes following its initial release in 2002, which saw it land a space on the UK Top 10 and spend more than two years in the UK Independent Albums Chart Top 50.It contained the title track, which became the band’s second Top 10 single after the previous year’s ‘Buck Rodgers’, and was the first release since the tragic death of original drummer Jon Lee. “‘Comfort in Sound’ is an album very close to our hearts and now feels like the right time to re-release it and let people re-discover it again or for the first time,” said singer and guitarist Grant Nicholas. “We hit a brick wall after losing Jon, so as a writer I decided to put all those mixed feelings and emotions into writing songs of recovery.He continued: “Those compositions became the ‘Comfort in Sound’ album, and I think it opened both myself up as a writer and the depth and soul of Feeder as a band.”A post shared by Feeder (@feederofficial)The re-release of ‘Comfort In Sound’ is set to arrive on September 12 via BMG, and will be available on Transparent Blue Curacao vinyl, deluxe two-CD packs and expanded digital formats.

It’ll also include new orchestral remixes of ‘Just The Way I’m Feeling’ and ‘Forget About Tomorrow’, as well as a reimagining of ‘Godzilla II’.
