Diddy’s federal indictment just got a big update. On Thursday, TMZ reported that federal prosecutors added two new victims to their case against Sean Combs, as well as accusing him of conducting his alleged crimes for even longer than they initially believed.
Jeez. In the new filing, known as a superseding indictment, the feds added “Victim-2” and “Victim-3” to the case, both of whom were noted to be woman.
They previously only listed “Victim-1” in the original indictment, who was later revealed to be Puff Daddy’s ex Cassie Ventura since his own attorneys connected her to the previously released hotel security footage. Related: Former Danity Kane Member Alleges ‘Troubling Interactions’ With Diddy According to the feds, Diddy allegedly transported all three of these women to “engage in prostitution” — which is one of the charges he was already facing.
They didn’t describe his relation to the new victims — though his lawyers did. We’ll get to that in a minute. What the feds did claim is that the rapper “provided the victims with, among other things, monetary payments, career opportunities, and payment of rent and housing expenses.” They also upped his racketeering conspiracy charge, alleging he ran the criminal enterprise from 2004 to 2024 — that’s an extension of FOUR YEARS!
