The fate of Matthew Perry's beloved pet dog Alfred appears to have been decided as it's revealed that his ex-fiancée Molly Hurwitz will look after the pooch following the Friends star's tragic death.
As we reported, Matthew's Friends co-star Lisa Kudrow had reportedly been considering taking on Alfred but, according to Peopl e, the doodle mix will return to his official owner, Molly, after a different source confirmed to the US publication that the star did not own a dog at the time of his death.
Matthew died on Saturday aged just 54. He was found in the hot tub of his LA home on October 28 by emergency responders. At the time, it was reported that there were no illegal drugs on the scene and cops did not suspect any foul play.
The Mirror reports that funeral plans are now underway after his body was released to his family. Colleague and friend Lisa, who issued a joint statement with the rest of the lead cast yesterday, has already confirmed her attendance.
