Farrah Abraham Speaks Out in Defense of Daughter's Multiple Facial Piercings

Farrah Abraham is clapping back at social media haters over her daughter, Sophia‘s, recent face piercings.

Over the weekend, the 31-year-old former Teen Mom star shared a video of Sophia, who is 14, getting six piercings in total – on her lips and her earlobe – and was met with a lot of backlash over them. Keep reading to find out more… In a response to the rude comments left, Farrah called out the “parent shamers” who left them on her Instagram. “I will always have a door open for you as I was once like you, I know what I’m not for and I know teen’s need a lot of compassion right now,” Farrah shared in the caption of the post.

She then spoke about how teens are facing much bigger issues than piercings, including underage sex and drinking. “Allowing them to drink ( her dad died in a fatal car accident due to underage drinking), having sex yet doesn’t even have a bank card / or line of credit ( I didn’t know the world, my health, nor the accountability & under age sex shaming) , experiment with life killing drugs ( how many teens have we seen dead due to fentanyl),” she wrote. Farrah concluded, “Right now Sophia is learning well-being, self love, mental health , sex Ed, drug education, Ada compliant education before actions go beyond her learning.
