Fans of the hit series will be thrilled to hear that True Blood could be on its way back to our screens in an all-new reboot… or revamp if you will.
Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who also helmed Riverdale and The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, is working on a new version of the Louisiana-based series according to The Hollywood Reporter.
HBO hasn’t commented on the rumoured reboot but the series was massively popular in its heyday so a new version wouldn’t be too unexpected.
True Blood was based on a series of novels by Charlaine Harris that told to story of a goody-two-shoes waitress Sookie who discovers she has magical abilities and then falls in love with a man who happens to be a vampire.
