Fans and followers of Coronation Street star Jude Riordan were worried this week when the young actor took to Instagram with a snap that showed his left arm in a plaster cast.
But they need not have worried as Jude, who plays Sam Blakeman on the ITV soap, quickly explained it wasn't real and the photo was actually taken on the set of Sky comedy, Brassic, in which he appears as Tyler Croft, the son of Erin played by former Corrie star Michelle Keegan.
The 11-year-old star was all smiles in the image which showed the cast stretching from his fingers all the way down to his elbow.
He could be seen lounging in a swivel chair preparing to film his scenes while donning a baseball cap.
