Pre-sale tickets went on sale this morning for Adele's appearance at the British Summer Time Festival. The Easy On Me singer announced that she will perform two special shows at London's Hyde Park on July 1 and 2 earlier this week.
Since that announcement fans have been waiting patiently for tickets to go on sale. Those who had registered on the star's website were given exclusive access to a pre-sale on Thursday morning (October 28) at 10am.
But demand proved to be too much. More than 200,000 people were waiting in the online queue on Ticketmaster and AXS trying to buy a pre-sale ticket.
Many fans were left frustrated as they struggled to get through, and when they did only the most expensive option was left. Louise said on Twitter:
