Other than the name of rabbit, Marvel, no information was given as to why the gift was left.In the since-deleted videos, Kate is genuinely confused over the present, calling it "pretty unsettling.""Maybe [the flowers] have a note," she says in the video as she leans down to try and solve the mystery.
