According to info obtained by Providence Journal, the 35-year-old singer is set to have her famous seaside mansion undergo some new renovations.
Building permits and zoning certificates reveal she’s spending $1.7 million bucks to make a 400 square foot expansion to make a new bedroom and lounge.
