Family disgusted by stained mattress "worse than dog bed" at five star TUI hotel

Disgusting photos show the stained mattress a family says it was given to sleep on at a five star TUI resort. The Simpson family, from Hailsham, East Sussex, forked out £5,500 on their ill-fated trip to TUI's Holiday Village in Majorca last month.

However, when they arrived for their two week stay on 18 July, daughter Evie-Rose, 12, was apparently expected to sleep on a bed "worse than a dog's".

Images show the mattress, which was in the "best room available" covered in questionable dark stains and splotches. Aside from the stains, the mattress also appears to be a grubby, faded grey colour.
