Ian Murray says his Airdrie players have kept cool heads all season and won't start getting wrapped up in the drama of a title battle now.The Diamonds have been chasing Cove Rangers at the top of the table for most of the season and are currently five points adrift going into the final eight games.The sides meet at New Broomfield at the end of the month and Airdrie would love to make up some of that deficit before then, if possible.There's been recent opportunities missed to do that with draws against Queen's Park and Clyde, but Murray insists his players - who are on a 12-game unbeaten run - aren't getting caught up in it all and are focused on the old cliche of one game at a time.He said: "The boys' mentality has been brilliant.

We had a good chat last week about our approach to this last quarter."We want everyone to remain calm and don't worry about losing football games because we want to win every game."I don't want boys to get up tight or too excited and, full credit to them, they haven't done that."I think their play has shown that they are completely focused on their performances and we've got them in a really good place."They haven't got wrapped up in it all so we aren't going to start now."It's about winning the next game, but if Cove take care of their business that's just what happens."That next game comes on Saturday away at Falkirk.
