Fair City fans can enjoy an extended episode on Christmas Day as there’s a 40-minute episode of Carrigstown drama in store. Following on from their discovery that Wayne might be cheating on Orla while he’s over in Germany, Tommy and Doug infuriate Dearbhla who believes they’re covering for him.

Orla and Wayne have a sad Zoom chat as they’re forced to spend the festive season apart but her anguish doesn’t end there as she has to set everyone straight at dinner after some eavesdropping from the others.

She’s later floored by a question Junior puts to her about his dad. Meanwhile, in the Collins household, a Christmas morning surprise for Anto goes awry after his bender but later, Ger makes him see sense.
