Spare a thought for Fair City’s Phoebe who is about to learn that her dad Will is a manipulative snake. Things come to a head in Wednesday night’s episode when it emerges that he is pushing to sell their home in Tipperary to pay off his legal bills.

Those who tuned in on Sunday will recall that Will didn’t quite get off scot-free on his domestic abuse charges with the judge refusing to award him his costs and leaving him in a desperate situation.

In his eagerness to get things sorted, Will spills the beans about his plans to Mairead and Phoebe, but doesn’t quite get the reaction he was hoping for from his daughter even after he offered to split the proceeds with her.
