F1 Driver Lewis Hamilton Takes Part in Free Throw Basketball Challenge Ahead Of Miami Grand Prix

The 38-year-old Formula One driver took a break from the grid and showed off his basketball skills during the 2023 IWC Chrono Challenge, held at Jungle Plaza on Wednesday (May 3) in Miami, Fla. Lewis joined actors James Marsden, Monica Barbaro, and Simu Liu, football player Antrel Rolle, skateboarder Jagger Eaton, basketball star Brandon Okpalobi, as well as IWC Schaffhausen CEO Christoph Grainger-Herr for the challenge.
Taking place over the course of three days, the 2023 IWC Chrono Challenge invites fans and athletes to participate in a clinic with professional basketball coaches, before competing in a Free Throw Challenge.
The top finishers will win a prize at the end of the three day event, which include an exclusive IWC watch. The challenge is also the first event leading up to the Miami Grand Prix, which takes place this weekend. Lewis will be racing alongside many of his other F1 competitors.
