mirror.co.ukFormer WWE star Alberto Del Rio has been arrested over an alleged sexual assault, according to reports in the U.S. The 42-year-old - real name Jose Alberto Rodriguez Chucuan - is said to be accused of also beating a woman in San Antonio, Texas on May 3.
According to News 4 and TMZ, the Mexican-American wrestler is facing a sexual assault charge and was arrested on May 9. He is said to be accused of assaulting the woman, who reportedly handed pictures of multiple injuries she had sustained to police, more than once.
TMZ report that documents also allege Chucuan threatened he would "take her son and drop him in the middle of the road somewhere".
