Dick Advocaat is concerned that the coronavirus pandemic will put paid to his storied 40 year career, aged 72. The former Rangers boss is out of contract with Feyenoord at the end of the season with football in the grips of a strict shutdown.
And Advocaat - who managed the Rotterdam side against his former club in the Europa League this season - admits he has no idea whether he's taken charge of his last game in a coaching career that began in 1980 when he was only 32.
He said: "It is a pity that we do not play football, but it is a correct decision given the circumstances."The problem is no one has any experience with something like this.
