Ex On The Beach star swerves jail after attacking friend in jealous rage over girlfriend

An Ex On The Beach star has avoided jail after battering his friend in a jealous booze-fuelled rage. James 'Jimmy' Moore lashed out after finding his girlfriend in his pal's spare room, a court has heard.

Moore, 29, who appeared on the MTV show in 2016, had been playing drinking games at his home before an argument broke out. He rugby tackled his friend in the attack and started battering him at his home in Blackpool in June last year, Blackpool Magistrates' Court was told.

Magistrates heard that Moore and his partner had been rowing at a party before she stormed off. The victim and his partner left the party to go home and invited Moore's girlfriend to go with them and stay in their spare bedroom.
