The 31-year-old is expecting her first child with Hearts keeper Craig Gordon, and announced the exciting news back in October after she previously opened up about her struggle to conceive due to having Polycystic ovary syndrome.
Summer told her fans about how she found out the gender of the baby, the way she told her family the news but also went on to talk about getting tested for Gestational Diabetes.Summer said she was worried about it and avoided using Google for answers.She wrote: "I went for a glucose test last week, to check for Gestational Diabetes.
