The annual TRNSMT festival is now just hours away with the city getting ready to welcome some of the biggest names in music to Glasgow tomorrow.The three day gig in Glasgow Green from July 7 to July 9 is expected to bring in its usual crowds of tens of thousands with around 80 different acts set to perform on the line up.Headliners across the weekend include the 1975, Pulp, Kasabian, Aitch, Sam Fender, Niall Horan and George Ezra.As fans are getting ready for Glasgow's biggest and busiest festival weekend, organisers have created an essential guide for ticket holders ahead of the event.A TRNSMT 2023 app has even been created for festival-goers to ensure music fans can plan their weekend accordingly with the option to create a personalised schedule to make sure they catch all of their favourite artists.Here's everything you need to know if you are attending TRNSMT this weekend.Those with General Admission or VIP tickets should download the Ticket Master and log into their account ahead of arriving at Glasgow Green so their ticket is ready to view on the app.
Doing this in advance means that fans will be able to access their ticket even if they don't have a signal at the festival. For those with VIP+ or Ultimate VIP packages, tickets will be posted out to you in advance of the event.Children under the age of 16-years-old are not permitted into TRNSMT.
The festival has a hard working team of stewards who will be checking IDs at every entrance based on a Challenge 25 Policy. If you look under 25, you must bring a valid ID with you.People who bring their Young Scot Card must ensure the PASS hologram isn't faded as it will not be accepted otherwise.
