The Bachelorette is a big one for two reasons in particular. For one, it marks the 20th installment of the franchise, originally established in 2003 with Trista Sutter (nee Rehn) as the lead.
And two, it marks the first time that Bachelor—and Bachelorette—creator Mike Fleiss won't be involved. (The controversial producer just as filming was getting started for the new season of The Bachelorette).
As for what all of that means for the upcoming season, it's too soon to tell, but what we do know is that child and family therapist, Charity Lawson—last seen on Zach Shallcross' season of The Bachelor—will take the reins this summer.
