As a reminder, though, JoJo Siwa is a candy-obsessed 16-year-old YouTube star who is richer than all of us and refuses to stop wearing her hair in a high ponytail.

No one can deny her brand is strong, and I, for one, stan! Anyway, fans think JoJo is dating this dude Elliott thanks to going "public" on Instagram with him.
