Justin Baldoni took legal action against the New York Times this week after being accused of orchestrating a smear campaign and sexually harassing his It Ends with Us co-star Blake Lively.

On Tuesday (December 31), the 40-year-old actor and director filed a $250 million libel lawsuit against the new outlet over their story about Blake‘s filing, in which she accused him of sexual harassment and starting a smear campaign against her.

In Justin‘s lawsuit, he included dozens of text messages to attempt to support some of his claims and refute some of the texts she released in her filing.
